Desmond H. Mr. Staple is a former Prosecutor, former insurance defense attorney, and former health care defense attorney with over 100 jury trials. A tenacious advocate for his clients, he has prosecuted many different kinds of personal injury, wrongful death and criminal cases.
Education
Mr. Staple grew up in the greater Tampa Bay area, graduated from Florida State University with degrees in both Political Science and Economics, and earned a law degree from Capital University School of Law where he served with distinction as a member of Law Review and the Moot Court Board. Mr. Staple’s studies focused heavily on course work relating to courtroom advocacy, civil procedure, evidence, and personal injury law - training which he employs today.
